at Moravia Capital Investments, a global private equity fund of funds, and is in charge of investments in private equity funds in Asia and North America. Abhishek leads the sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, investment and portfolio monitoring of private equity funds in Asia and co-leads the same for private equity funds in North America. Abhishek is also on the Investment Committee of the Fund.
Prior to that, Abhishek was a Partner at Moravia Capital AG and in charge of fund placements in Middle

Kalpen Parekh is the Managing Director & CEO of DSP Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd.

He has over two decades of experience in finance and asset management. Prior to joining DSP, Mr. Parekh was responsible for growing businesses at IDFC Mutual Fund, Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company Ltd., and ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd.

Dr. Kshama Fernandes is the Managing Director and CEO of our Company and oversees the overall management of our Company. She was appointed to the Board with effect from August 1, 2012 and was most recently re-appointed as Managing Director for a period of three years with effect from April 1, 2020. She holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Goa University, and a master’s degree as well as a PhD in management studies from Goa University. She has over 25 years of experience spanning across management, risk advisory and academia. Dr. Fernandes is a financial risk manager certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). Prior to joining us, she was a professor at the Goa Institute of Management. She has also served as our chief risk officer from 2009 to 2012.

Hitesh joined Axis AMC in 2022 as Head – Listed Equity Alternatives. He is responsible for managing the
PMS portfolio along with relevant CAT-3 AIF strategies. With over 25 years of experience in portfolio
management, investment banking and equity research, he is a veteran of the industry.

Over his long career, Hitesh has worked with Edelweiss Capital as Senior VP & Head (Strategic Think
Tank) and at Enam Asset Management as Executive Director & Portfolio Manager. In addition to
managing money for few of the largest sovereign wealth funds, he also executed a number of
transactions in M&A, IPO and projects that involved Restructuring and Delisting processes in his past

Norbert Fernandes is a Director at TR Capital, a leading secondaries focused Private Equity fund, and leads their Mumbai office. Shrija Agrawal is the Associate Editor and part of the leadership team at Mint, India’s most awarded and’ respected business newspaper. As part of her role, she conceived and runs the Deals ertical which also includes being the editorial lead for key properties such as Annual Mint Private Equity Conclave, Annual Mint Stressed Assets investment Summit, Annual Mint Dealmakers Forum and so on. Mr. Vijayendiran is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Sundaram Alternates. He has over 34 years of experience in the Indian financial services industry, his areas of expertise being business development, investment management, and business strategy.
